Lost Black Dog: This Is Not Tula

Reader @healyorama sent us the above photo of a dog she found at Parmer and Morton in Echo Park.
The missing animal is described as being "the size of a cat, with longish hair."

It is regularly reported that black dogs, even small ones, can particulalry be hard to place in foster or new homes once they are lost.
A specialty rescue service--@BlackDogRescues--even exists to address the issue.
