Key to Awesomeness: Edgar Lucas was not doing well in school. But after attending the after-school tutoring program at 826LA, and doing his homework regularly, he’s brought his grades up to solid Bs. This is a considerable improvement, and it’s all due to Edgar’s hard work. His favorite subject in school is science, and he enjoys special projects like making a “wanted” poster for Isaac Newton. Outside the classroom, this young man likes playing soccer and basketball with friends. A car enthusiast, Edgar hopes one day to drive a black BMW convertible.
