Echo Park, Silver Lake Libraries To Host Used Book Sales
All proceeds from the used book sales will go to the respective libraries.
The Echo Park Community Group will be hosting a used book sale Saturday at the Echo Park Library (1410 W. Temple Street). The sale will last from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All proceeds from the sale will go to library programs.
The Friends of the Silver Lake Library is also hosting a used book sale on Saturday at the Silver Lake Library (2411 Glendale Blvd). The sale runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Friends of the Silver Lake Library is also looking for volunteers to help clean up the sale at 2 p.m. All proceeds go directly to support the Silver Lake Branch. The funds purchase books, supplies, programs and grounds maintenance.
