Week Ahead: Tree Lighting, Silver Lake Council Meets, Cyber Monday

  1. With Thanksgiving over, it’s time to focus on Christmas, and the Los Angeles County Christmas tree will be dedicated at 5 p.m. on Monday. You can join Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich at the Los Angeles County Music Center as he switches on the lights of the 50-foot tree.

  2. The Silver Lake Neighborhood Council will hold its monthly Governing Board Meeting Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Micheltorena Elementary School Auditorium, 1511 Micheltorena Street. For a full agenda, visit the council's official website
