Yogala is a Go on Echo Park Avenue

The new community-based yoga and event space features two great rooms and a fabulous attitude.

, Yogala Echo Park is open.

Owner Samantha Jones kicked off a and other cool events Saturday.

The new space features two beautiful classrooms, hand-built by local tradesmen.

Samantha recently moved to Echo Park with her husband Nick Garrison, who was born and raised in the area.

Many of the teachers Jones has recruited come from the Echo Park and Atwater area too.

The festivities continue Sunday, starting at 10 a.m with a class Samantha hopes to teach herself. The day ends with a chant at 5 p.m.
