New Pizzeria to Open Thursday in Silver Lake
It's called, mysteriously, Lago D'Argento.
Barbarella Bar on Hyperion Avenue in Silver Lake has crept into our consciousness after a slow start.
The former Zen Sushi has become a stalwart for microbrews and tasty snacks, including Cali-style pizza.
Come Thursday, Barbarella is branching out with the Lago D'Argento Pizzeria.

Just next door--and connected through a doorway--it will have a full pizza menu as well as other "old school" Italian dishes, including meatballs.
