Echo Park's Magic Gas To Become 'Echo Fuels'?
The pumps at the legendary outpost at the corner of Morton Avenue and Echo Park Avenue have already been changed out. An employee says the sign is coming down soon too.

An employee at the stations said Wednesday that the city is requiring the changes, though, apparently, the underground tanks are not being replaced.

He also told us that the "Magic Gas" sign at the corner of Morton and Echo Park avenues will come down--within the next few days.
Will it say "Magic Gas" or "Echo Fuels"? We shall see.
